Learning to Live

It’s so weird to say that.

But…yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!!11!!!!1!!!

There’s this one lady at work…Anne. I don’t know why, but I love her. She walks around the office like she has a tail nailed to her butt “Woe is me…nobody likes me…life is so hard…nobody wants to be my friend…etc.” But, I like her. She’s been nice to me since day 1 (though, I suppose that could change). Probably because I’m not lazy and am trying so hard to learn everything and do everything right.

And, she gets all of her work done…She’s not a slacker. And, she likes animals (which is a common theme in the office)…I think just about everyone has a photo of a pet on their walls…whether it be their own or someone else’s.

So, yeah…AAAAANNNDDD…I answered the phone today! Go me! Twice! It’s not so bad. But, I got really chill people. One just asked to speak to someone and I had to say ‘okay, one minute please’ and transfer them and then the other just said ‘I’m leaving for lunch and won’t be in my office’ and I had to say ‘okay.’

And, it was snowing today. Massive flakes were coming down…But, after a couple hours it turned to rain and melted everything away. But, while it was snowing…OMG! It was BEAUTIFUL! The buildings in the distance with big flakes of snow. I wanted to go down at lunch to see it falling on the street, but it had stopped by then. Poo.
